- Memimpin tim engineer (3–7 orang) dalam proses pengembangan end-to-end
- Menentukan arah teknis dan menyusun architecture blueprint, termasuk menjelaskan ke stakeholder terkait pendekatan solusi yang diambil
- Mengelola delivery agar tepat waktu dengan kualitas tinggi
- Melakukan code review pada area kritikal
- Menjadi escalation point untuk isu teknis yang kompleks
- Berkolaborasi dengan Product Manager dalam penyusunan roadmap dan estimasi
- Menetapkan dan menjaga standar engineering (best practices, coding standard, CI/CD)
- Mengidentifikasi skill gap dalam tim serta menyusun program mentoring/training
- Memastikan integrasi backend dengan aplikasi mobile berjalan optimal
- Meningkatkan performa, scalability, dan reliability sistem
Minimum Qualifications
- Pengalaman kuat dalam pengembangan backend system berskala besar dan high-throughput
- Menguasai microservices architecture dan distributed systems
- Berpengalaman dengan:
- API design (REST / GraphQL)
- Event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, atau sejenisnya)
- Database (SQL & NoSQL)
- Memahami system design, scalability, performance tuning, dan caching strategy
- Berpengalaman dengan cloud platform (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Familiar dengan containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Memahami CI/CD pipeline dan deployment strategy
- Memiliki pengalaman atau pemahaman kuat terkait:
- Integrasi backend dengan aplikasi mobile
- Mobile CI/CD dan release management (Play Store / App Store)
- Memahami security best practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)
- Terbiasa menggunakan tools monitoring & logging
