Sales Assistant Intern for German Team  

Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you will assist the German sales team by managing and organizing leads data, identifying key company representatives, and ensuring accurate information for outreach efforts. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in lead generation, data management, and business communication, supporting overall sales efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize lead data from various sources (website, CRM, events, etc.).
• Research and identify the appropriate company representatives to contact.
• Maintain and update the leads database for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the German sales team to prioritize and qualify potential leads.
• Assist in preparing reports on lead generation progress and insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent in Indonesian and English communications (both verbal and written) is a must.
