Acquire the basic mastery of Talent Acquisition area especially in IT business industry in 6 + 6 months internship program such as:
- Scout and identify top talent using recruitment platforms.
- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews and review psychological test results to evaluate candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment goals.
- Extend offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirement:
- Final-year university student majoring in Psychology (preference for third-year students)
- Willing to participate in 6 + 6 months internship program.
- Willing to Work From Office (WFO) located in South Jakarta.
