- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and testing to ensure solutions align with customer expectations, providing necessary technical documentation for reference and compliance.
- Execute system implementation, maintenance, and configuration to optimize performance. Perform data and system migrations while troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare, manage, and update detailed project documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Have basic understanding of Information Technology, including servers, storage, networks, and security.
- Enthusiastic about building a career in IT and growing in a dynamic, tech-driven environment and willing to learn and adapt to evolving IT systems and technologies.
