HC Services Intern  

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist the learning team in the development, preparation, implementation and evaluations of capacity building programs/events;
• Support the creation of learning content and maintenance of a knowledge repository, ensuring that information is organized, up-to-date and easily accessible;
• Manage Danareksa Learning Institute (DLI)’s data (employees’ capacity building program records, employees’ training needs, employees’ post training survey data, etc.);
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring the activities Learning Management System
• Stay abreast of developments in the field of learning, as well as propose innovative ideas to enhance DLI initiatives;
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in relevant field (psychology, business management or any other relevant majors);
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel);
• Proficiency in using Canva graphic design platform;
• Candidates with the capability to write effectively in English are preferred.
