- Operational Audit Implementation:
Planning and conducting periodic operational audits across various departments to assess compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of operational processes. - Risk Identification and Control:
Identifying potential risks in daily operations and ensuring that existing controls are adequate and effective. - Compliance Evaluation:
Ensuring all operational activities comply with company policies, external regulations, and applicable industry standards. - Audit Report Preparation:
Preparing detailed audit reports, including findings, analysis, and recommendations for improvements to enhance performance and risk mitigation. - Business Process Analysis:
Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness. - Follow-Up Monitoring:
Overseeing the implementation of audit recommendations and collaborating with management to ensure corrective actions are applied. - Providing Improvement Suggestions:
Advising management on ways to address weaknesses and enhance internal controls in operations. - Audit Procedure Development:
Assisting in the development and improvement of audit procedures in alignment with operational and regulatory changes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economic
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in financial audit or accounting, with a strong understanding about system and financial process
- Strong communication skills to clearly present findings and recommendations to management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and complete audits on time.
- Possesses analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
