- Memastikan pengiriman sehari-hari berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan SLA yang sudah ditetapkan
- Berkoordinasi erat dengan tim warehouse, customer service, dan vendor transportasi untuk menjamin tercapainya SLA dan Kepuasan Customer
- Secara Proaktif mengidentifikasi dan antisipasi issues yang terjadi, hingga dapat memberikan solusi dan countermeasure.
- Memastikan operasional control tower berjalan secara real-time untuk pemantauan pergerakan armada, pengelolaan issue, visibilitas pengiriman, serta koordinasi lintas hub secara terpusat.
- Melakukan evaluasi performa vendor/mitra transportasi serta pengelolaan kontrak kerja sama.
- Dapat provide Report daily, weekly dan monthly report terkait Logistic & Hub
- Berani mengambil keputusan sesuai dengan wewenangnya
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education D3 in any major

Penempatan : Cikarang, Bantar Gebang & Legok

Minimum 3 years experience as warehouse/logistic leader in warehouseing or logistic industry

Experience in using SAP/WMS/TMS will be advantage

Excellent customer care skills

Terbiasa menggunaka Gsheet dan Excel Analysis (Intermediate)
