Job Description
Research and identify key influencer across multiple digital platform (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)
- Help to require KOL and ensure the ongoing KOL campaign run smoothly
- Help to manage administrative activities
- Manage the working agreement for each KOL
- Maintain communication and relationship with each account to execute the campaign.
- Improve program quality and ensure KOLs hit their targets in each activity.
- Track, care, evaluate, and make reports of the performance of KOLs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Having previous experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencer/Creators) will be an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
