The Technical Sales Representative for Industrial Chemicals ensures the effective and efficient promotion, marketing, and sale of selected GOLDMÜNZEN, INC. products that cater primarily to the construction, coatings, and printing ink industries. Specific responsibilities include: 1. Have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the general and technical information of the products and principals of GOLDMÜNZEN. 2. Promote awareness of the product to targeted customers thru regular visits and other means. 3. Be updated with the product, technical and market trends that could possibly impact the nature of the business. 4. Competently answer customer inquiries by providing relevant information regarding GOLDMÜNZEN’S products. 5. Ensure smooth coordination between the GOLDMÜNZEN office and the customers regarding the latter’s current needs and emerging requirements. 6. Manage the current customer base and actively seek new prospects. 7. Assist in the conduct and analysis of results of GOLDMÜNZEN’s annual customer satisfaction survey. 8. Contribute in the Industrial Chemicals Team’s drafting of regular sales target and ensure that these are met. 9. Submit a weekly performance report to the Company President.

This position is involved in exploring and cultivating new markets for selected Goldmunzen products that cater primarily to the needs of local food manufacturers. As part of the Food Division, the position will work closely with the rest of the team in crafting and implementing plans to achieve their goals through the following: 1. Job Summary The Accounting Assistant supports the Finance Team in the fulfillment of its tasks and goals. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Competently perform the procedures involved in the different financial transactions which include but are not limited to the following: Documents Against Acceptance, Telegraphic Transfer, Letter of Credit, and Trust Receipt. 2. Observe the monthly posting of government payment such as but not limited to BIR returns, SSS, PHIC, HDMF and LGU’s. 3. Verify, allocate, and post details of transactions regarding house accounts in journals (hard copy) and computer files (soft copy) from documents such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts. 4. Summarize account details in separate ledgers and computer files and transfer data to a general ledger that comes in two forms, one hard copy and one soft copy. 5. Reconcile and balance the data of the different company accounts on a monthly basis. 6. Provide the Finance Assistant with a monthly report which includes a summary of the weekly financial reports. 7. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the company's financial data. 8. Performs additional office tasks that contribute to the accomplishment of the organization’s objectives.
