Job Description
- Survey & Mengukur lokasi
- Melakukan pembuatan design untuk diajukan ke management & landlord
- Membuat wiring diagram & gambar kerja
- Melakukan revisi gambar
- Berkoordinasi dengan procurement, operational dan kontraktor dalam membuka new store, relokasi atau renovasi
- Memonitor & memantau pekerjaan kontraktor
Minimum Qualifications
- Gelar Sarjana dalam bidang Desain Interior, Arsitektur, Desain Produk, atau bidang terkait lainnya.
- Kemampuan dalam Software Desain: Menguasai perangkat lunak seperti AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, atau perangkat lunak 3D lainnya.
- Pengetahuan tentang Material dan Metode Konstruksi: Memahami berbagai jenis material dan metode konstruksi yang digunakan dalam proyek.
- Kemampuan Membaca dan Membuat Gambar Teknis: Mampu membaca, membuat, dan memodifikasi gambar teknik dan blueprint.
- Manajemen Proyek: Mampu merencanakan, mengorganisir, dan mengawasi seluruh proses desain dari awal hingga selesai.
