We’re expanding our teams in Mandaluyong and Santa Rosa, Laguna, and we’re looking for driven individuals to join us as Property Consultants.

What You'll Do

As a Property Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find their ideal properties while achieving your personal sales goals.

• Hit Sales Targets: Generate revenue by closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
• Know Your Product: Learn about our properties so you can confidently present their benefits to clients.
• Promote Our Projects: Market and promote our developments in Mandaluyong and Sta. Rosa, Laguna by manning booths, distributing flyers, using social media to generate leads, and others.
• Build Client Relationships: Attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Keep Learning: Take part in ongoing training and development to sharpen your skills and grow your career.

• Educational Background: At least 2 years in college (or 72 units); fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales-Driven: Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or relationship-building is a plus.
• Team Player: Open to learning and working closely with others.
• Goal-Oriented: You’re motivated, reliable, and ready to grow.
