- Fulfilling the requirements of validation documents that are managed according to SOP and on time
- Assist the Branch/POS in terms of circulating documents or approval by system that requires the approval of authorized officials in Head Office
- Storing company documents or assets
- Register vendors/third parties
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
- Have 1-2 years' experience in related field and also having knowledge of credit financing is a plus
- Have knowledge of administrative processes/operations with all terms and conditions
- Detail oriented and excellent in customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office
