Job Description
Sebagai Business Development, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas proses penjualan unit apartemen mulai dari leads masuk hingga closing Fokus utama adalah membangun hubungan dengan calon pembeli, memahami kebutuhan mereka, dan memberikan solusi properti yang sesuai.
Job Description
- Menangani leads inbound dari berbagai channel (Meta Ads, listing site, Instagram, dll).
- Melakukan chat, call, dan showing unit untuk meyakinkan calon pembeli.
- Memahami produk dan menyesuaikan penawaran dengan kebutuhan pembeli (end-user maupun investor).
- Follow-up intensif ke leads: maintain database, reminder, dan update progress.
- Mendampingi calon pembeli sampai closing.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pembeli.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing & operations untuk memastikan unit siap jual/sewa.
- Membuat laporan harian aktivitas sales (leads, follow-up, visit, closing progress)
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Min. D3/S1, semua jurusan.
- Tidak wajib pengalaman properti, tapi punya passion di sales & komunikasi.
- Komunikatif, percaya diri, dan memiliki skill negosiasi yang baik.
- Berpenampilan menarik dan profesional.
- Punya wawasan tentang lifestyle & lokasi Jakarta serta Jabodetabek.
- Teliti dalam maintain database leads & follow-up.
- Bersikap consultative, sabar, dan mampu edukasi calon pembeli (bukan sekadar pushy selling).
- Bersedia mobile untuk showing unit di area Jabodetabek.
- Fast learner, can-do attitude, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
