Job Description

The CEO Office at Jendela Group sits at the center of how the business moves. This role is built for a business-minded generalist who works directly with the CEO as a partner in driving initiatives across teams, operating across strategy, analysis, and execution, including on the ground when the work calls for it.

The ideal candidate brings strong execution across multiple projects with competing deadlines, and has enough technical fluency to build lightweight tools or mini systems. Just as important is the willingness to get close to the work itself, whether that means going to the field or working directly with teams across divisions for project execution or on-ground observation. This role exists to make sure the right things get done, the right way, across any part of the business.

  • Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic, operational, and business initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Conduct research, business analysis, and data processing to support CEO-level decision-making, including going to the field, engaging directly with relevant teams, partners, or users, or working across divisions for project execution or on-ground observation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and operational summaries that are concise and actionable.
  • Represent the CEO in key meetings, ensure decisions are clearly captured, and drive follow-through on action items across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders across various business needs.
  • Lead and manage business improvement projects across various functions, from planning through to delivery, based on the CEO's priorities and business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and deliver practical solutions, including lightweight tools, mini systems, or automated workflows that make work faster and more accurate.
  • Handle dynamic, ad-hoc situations and high-priority tasks with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Project Manager, CEO Office, Business Operations, or similar role.
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data or research into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets at an advanced level.
  • Familiar with AI tools, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code solutions, with hands-on experience building or improving operational systems that make real work more efficient.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with the ability to work both behind a desk and in the field, taking initiative and following through without needing to be told twice.
  • Adaptable in a fast-moving startup environment, with prior exposure to property tech or cross-functional business settings being a plus.
