Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and adaptable individual to join our CEO Office team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives, business improvement projects, and operational priorities across the organization. This position is designed for a business-minded project manager who can lead execution across multiple workstreams while translating business needs into practical solutions, leveraging technology, automation, AI tools, and systems thinking to improve efficiency, solve operational challenges, and drive meaningful business impact. You will operate across strategy, analysis, and execution, working directly with teams and stakeholders to turn ideas into measurable results.

Strategic Initiatives & Business Execution

  • Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic, operational, and business initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Conduct research, business analysis, and data processing to support CEO-level decision-making.
  • Identify business challenges, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies, and propose practical solutions.
  • Engage directly with teams, partners, users, or relevant stakeholders to gather insights and ensure initiatives are grounded in real business needs.
  • Handle dynamic, ad-hoc situations and high-priority initiatives with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously from planning through delivery.
  • Define project timelines, priorities, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and drive resolution.
  • Ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business objectives.

CEO Support

  • Represent the CEO in key meetings and discussions, ensuring decisions are clearly captured and translated into actionable next steps.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, analyses, and briefing materials to support decision-making.
  • Track key priorities, follow-up items, and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Provide visibility and updates on strategic initiatives, risks, and operational developments that require executive attention.

Tech & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology, automation, and process improvements.
  • Design, build, or implement lightweight tools, mini systems, automated workflows, or AI-enabled solutions that improve business operations.
  • Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvements that make work faster, more accurate, and more scalable.
  • Leverage technology and data to improve visibility, reporting, execution, and decision-making across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Project Manager, CEO Office, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing company environment is a plus.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across different functions and organizational levels.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems in dynamic environments.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership without requiring constant direction.
  • Willing to work both behind a desk and on the ground when the situation requires it.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Familiar with AI tools, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code solutions.
  • Hands-on experience building, improving, or implementing systems, tools, automations, or workflows that improve business efficiency.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
