Job Description
- Work directly with a stateside teammate to help efficiently manage loan pipelines.
- Review Underwriting loan approvals and coordinate requests for all conditions.
- Become an expert at reviewing US financial and loan documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Learn US mortgage lending guidelines and become an expert at understanding requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stateside team members and third parties.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
- Assist in documenting (and improving) processes and systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong ability to handle high production stress and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and G Suite
- Experience with Encompass and Blend is a plus but not required.
- Excellent English-speaking and communication skills.
- Experience with mortgage closings is a plus but not required.
