About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to help companies maximize their success on Kalibrr. This role is responsible for onboarding clients, driving platform adoption, providing recruitment guidance, and ensuring clients achieve their hiring goals through effective use of Kalibrr’s solutions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, consultative, data-driven, and passionate about helping clients improve their recruitment outcomes. This role works closely with recruiters, hiring teams, Sales, and internal stakeholders to deliver a strong customer experience and support long-term client retention.
What You’ll Do
Client Onboarding & Training
- Conduct onboarding sessions and platform trainings for new clients
- Guide clients in setting up their company page, job postings, and recruitment workflows
- Educate clients on best practices to maximize platform usage and hiring success
- Ensure smooth account activation and adoption
Customer Success & Account Engagement
- Build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring teams
- Conduct regular client check-ins and engagement sessions
- Support clients in optimizing their job posts, employer branding, and candidate outreach strategies
- Help clients navigate recruitment challenges using Kalibrr solutions
Recruitment Consultation & Platform Optimization
- Analyze account performance and recommend actionable improvements
- Provide insights on applicant trends, job visibility, and recruitment performance
- Guide clients on sourcing strategies, invitation best practices, and candidate engagement
- Assist clients in improving application conversion and hiring efficiency
Account Health & Retention Support
- Monitor account health, platform usage, and engagement metrics
- Identify at-risk or inactive accounts and recommend engagement strategies
- Support renewal readiness through consistent client engagement and value delivery
- Coordinate internally to resolve client concerns efficiently
Reporting & Operations
- Prepare client reports, business reviews, and recruitment insights presentations
- Maintain accurate client records and engagement history in CRM systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams
- Track customer success metrics and operational performance

Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Recruitment, HR, SaaS, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable conducting trainings and client-facing presentations
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Zoho CRM, Totango, or other reporting and CRM tools is an advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience in HR Tech, Recruitment, SaaS, or B2B client management
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and hiring workflows
- Experience handling business reviews or strategic client consultations
