Job Description
- Design, implement, and evaluate organization-wide learning and development initiatives.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop strategies to address skill gaps and foster employee growth.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals and employee development plans.
- Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences that support leadership development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and culture change.
- Utilize data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and managers on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience 5 years in organizational development, learning and development, or a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs and organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
