Job Description
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of a variety of agreements, including contracts with vendor, supplier, customers, and partners.
- Act as a contact person for the Company's compliance issues for internal and external parties (OJK).
- Manage and supervise the function of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (APU and PPT), including transaction monitoring, reporting to regulators.
- Maintain compliance with the obligation to submit correct, accurate and timely reports to regulators to ensure the avoidance of sanctions/fines from regulators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on legal matters and risk management.
Minimum Qualifications
- A legal background with 1-2 years of working experience as a legal & compliance role in an insurance company is preferred.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the organization's industry (e.g., corporate law, labor law, financial regulations, data privacy).
- Ability to identify potential legal risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to analyze complex regulations and policies.
- Effective communication skills to convey legal requirements and compliance expectations across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in english.
