Job Description
Responsibilities for Reinsurance Data Submission Process:
- Verifying reinsurance data to be submitted.
- Coordinating reinsurance data corrections with IT, Actuarial, and Underwriting teams in case of data discrepancies.
- Processing the submission of reinsurance membership data.
- Processing the submission of reinsurance claim data.
- Confirming reinsurance data that has been sent.
- Updating the system with data approved by the reinsurer.
- Preparing payment memos.
Responsibilities for Reinsurance Data Analysis Process:
- Analyzing reinsurance membership and claim data.
- Providing analysis results and recommendations to superiors.
Responsibilities for Reinsurance Data Reconciliation Process:
- Comparing system data with data provided by the reinsurer.
- Confirming discrepancies in reinsurance data.
Responsibilities for Reinsurance Process Documentation:
- Documenting all membership and claim process documents in both soft copy and hard copy formats.
Responsibilities for Supporting Document Submission for Financial Reports (Closing Month):
- Preparing supporting documents for Closing Month Financial Reports, either by processing data directly in the system or using data from other departments.
- Submitting supporting documents for Closing Month Financial Reports.
Responsibilities for Individual Policy Data Verification:
- Reviewing and verifying input data for individual policies.
- Verifying individual policy documents (initial/signature).
Responsibilities for Drafting Special Terms for Group Policies:
- Preparing special terms for group policies.
- Verifying group policy documents (initial/signature).
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic training in Life Insurance Underwriting and POS implementation.
- Ability to work in a team (teamwork).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in English language skills.
