1. Qurban (Seasonal / Project-based)
- Memberikan informasi produk qurban (jenis hewan, lokasi penyembelihan, distribusi, harga, laporan video).
- Membantu proses transaksi online maupun offline (microsite, WA, atau mitra).
- Menangani pertanyaan massal saat periode Ramadan – Idul Adha (peak season).
- Follow-up pembeli untuk memastikan pembayaran selesai tepat waktu.
- Mengirimkan laporan after-sales (video penyembelihan, sertifikat, laporan distribusi).
2. Aqiqah (On-going Service)
- Menjelaskan paket aqiqah (menu, layanan masak, sertifikat, box packaging).
- Mengatur jadwal aqiqah, delivery makanan, dan kebutuhan ritual syar’i.
- Koordinasi dengan tim operasional & dapur agar pemesanan berjalan lancar.
- Menjaga komunikasi after-sales (ucapan terima kasih, follow up testimoni, penawaran program loyalti).
3. General CS
- Menjadi frontliner komunikasi di semua channel: WhatsApp, Telepon, Email, Instagram DM, Live Chat.
- Menangani komplain dengan ramah dan solutif.
- Membuat laporan mingguan terkait volume pertanyaan, komplain, closing, dan kepuasan pelanggan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Pengalaman 1–2 tahun sebagai Customer Service/Call Center/Sales Support.
- Komunikatif, ramah, dan sabar
- Familiar dengan tools CS (WA Business API, CRM, ticketing, Google Workspace).
- Plus point: memahami produk syariah/filantropi, atau pernah di bidang F&B/logistik.
