Job Description
- Analyze the performance of all marketing activities including marketing channel, marketing campaign, merchant partners, and merchant promotions.
- Develop recommendations based on performance analysis to improve digital marketing, merchant acquisition, social media, and marketing campaign strategies.
- Monitor and measure website and in-app marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop a report on the marketing performance of all marketing initiatives.
- Conduct multipurpose marketing research, customer surveys, and analyze benchmarking data.
- Research and implement marketing tools to support marketing operations.
- Work closely with business units in Kompas Gramedia ecosystem to provide marketing insights and recommendations based on marketing and promotion performance analysis.
- Query and extract data to support marketing activities and needs
Minimum Qualifications
- Study with Economics, statistics, mathematics, or computer science background from reputable universities
- Numbers oriented
- Strong interest in problem solving
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English
- Possess effective and efficient communication skills
- Having knowledge about Phyton/SQL is a MUST
- Understand about marketing funnels, managerial economics, software engineering, e-commerce, startup industry and algorithm concept is a plus
