Job Description

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; degrees in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in content creation, storytelling, or creative direction, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
  • Familiarity with digital content formats, including video production, article development, and social media activations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with editorial and sales teams as well as external clients.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, and basic knowledge of video editing or graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of current content trends and consumer preferences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client requests in a fast-paced environment.

As a Creative Content Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between our editorial automotive team and sales department. Your role will involve collaborating closely with both teams to conceptualize and execute compelling content that aligns with client objectives. You will develop unique and engaging storylines for various formats, including video, articles, and social media activations, ensuring all content meets brand standards and appeals to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the editorial team and sales, translating client needs into creative content concepts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and create engaging storylines that communicate key messages effectively.
  • Develop and execute creative content strategies across various formats, such as videos, articles, and social media campaigns, tailored to specific client needs.
  • Write, edit, and refine content, ensuring it aligns with the automotive brand’s voice, style, and objectives.
  • Coordinate with production teams to oversee content creation and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content across platforms, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, automotive innovations, and best practices in content marketing to produce fresh and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial team, graphic designers, videographers, and social media specialists, to deliver high-quality creative assets.
