- Design technology systems related to express services, trucking, and warehousing.
- Establish standardization for all relevant SOPs.
- Develop guidelines or process flow documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant units for system improvements.
- Process and analyze data.
- Conduct audits to ensure SOP compliance.
- Socialize various policies to enhance service quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
- Comprehensive understanding of logistics business processes.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Able to operate computer applications (Ms. Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Mind Map).
