- Memproses faktur, memastikan data transaksi akurat dan lengkap
- Mempersiapkan dokumen pembayaran vendor tepat waktu.
- Berkordinasi dengan departemen lain, vendor, dan bank
- Mencatat transaksi pembelian dan menyusun laporan keuangan.
- Memastikan seluruh proses sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan dan standar akuntansi.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi/Ekonomi
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun bekerja di bidang Account Payable, Finance, dan relevan bidang lainnya.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel untuk pengolahan data, formula, dan pembuatan laporan.
- Memahami prinsip dasar Account Payable dan peraturan Perpanjakan
- Memiliki inisiatif tinggi, teliti, jujur, cekatan, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline yang ketat
- Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dan dapat bekerja dengan supervisi minimal
- Diutamakan dapat mengoperasikan sistem SAP dan/atau Odoo
