- Create visual designs for campaigns (digital banners, posters, email marketing visuals, social media ads).
- Edit and develop campaign video materials (short-form and long-form) using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
- Collaborate with Growth Teams to translate campaign briefs into engaging creative outputs.
- Develop and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency with brand identity.
- Create creative variations for A-B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Revise and improve designs based on team feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a design and video editing portfolio demonstrating creativity and strong brand understanding.
- Familiar with design requirements for digital ads (FB Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple design requests.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback for design iterations.
- Interested in digital marketing, branding, and creative trends.
- Open to fresh graduates or final-year students with relevant portfolios.
