- Build and manage high-level dashboards (sales, traffic, category, digital performance).
- Lead monthly and quarterly insight presentations for Busdev, Retail, Publishing, and Marketing.
- Turn raw data into clear narratives that guide strategy and campaign decisions.
- Forecast growth opportunities across categories, formats, assortments, and store concepts.
- Identify behavioral patterns across all Busdev initiatives.
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative insights into unified recommendations.
- Provide direction to Data Analyst and Research & Insights roles to ensure consistent data-to-insight flow.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in insights, analytics, or BI (retail/lifestyle preferred).
- Strong analytical and narrative capabilities; able to turn data into strategic direction.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and leading insight discussions.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
