- Assist in planning and creating content for various social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions in both Bahasa Indonesia and English tailored to the target audience.
- Conduct research on social media trends, including trends related to Japanese culture (anime, manga, J-pop, lifestyle, etc.).
- Support content scheduling and publishing in accordance with the content calendar.
- Engage with audiences through comments and direct messages in a professional manner.
- Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, impressions) and prepare simple performance reports periodically.
- Collaborate with the design or creative team to develop digital campaign ideas.
Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled university student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, English Literature, International Relations, or a related field.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Strong interest in Japanese culture (anime, manga, Japanese pop culture, Japanese language, or Japanese digital trends).

Active social media user with a good understanding of social media algorithms and current digital trends.

Strong copywriting and creative thinking skills.

Able to work independently as well as in a team with good time management skills.

Previous experience managing social media accounts (personal or organizational) is a plus.

Available to commit to the internship period as required.
