- Build and execute a social media marketing strategy to achieve advertisers' business objectives (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion Phase)
- Execute visual briefs, copywriting, creative content, video content, live streaming, and community management across Grid Network’s social media assets (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, & Facebook) for all media brands
- Work closely with marketing, sales, activation, and editorial functions at Grid Network • Prepare analytics and detailed reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor degree in marketing or communication is a plus.
- One or two years of related work experience in advertising agencies or news publishers.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Broad knowledge of the social media landscape, platforms, and technologies.
- Professional expertise in video editing, creativity, on-camera communication, time management, and understanding the TikTok algorithm for impactful and successful video content.
- Demonstrates understanding of video editing, preferably from mobile phone.
- Genuine interest in digital platforms, particularly in social media, and a willingness to learn more about this digital space.
- Excellent confidence to host a news video.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to create eye-catching, relevant content and effectively convey your points.
- Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data, and to derive actionable insights for optimization and experimentation.
- Robust and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
