Solution Analyst [Corporate IT & IS, Hospitality Solution Department]  

Solution Analyst will work directly under Hospitality Solution Manager that will be playing a key role in the analyze, develop, and configure business processes and IT data structures, also as a liaison between IT and business units to help businesses be more efficient and provide a better service.

• Act as a liaison between IT and business units by:
  • Opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with IT
  • Providing a single point of contact for business units into IT and acts as a conduit between the two organizations
  • Making recommendations for product enhancements
• Analyze, develop and configure business processes and IT data structures.
• Translate business objectives and requirementsinto functional and system specifications.
• Create and generate detailed project documentation.
• Interact with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Ensure project is completed on time within the budgetary limits, and in line with business objectives on projects.
• Participate in root cause analysis to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT.

1. Minimum bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Computer Science,
2. Information Systems, and other related fields
3. Minimum 1-3 years experiencesin business operations, application or systems development, and data process modeling
4. Creative problem solver, team player and self-starter
5. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill
6. Good command in English both oral and written
