- Membuat ide dan konsep konten TikTok yang kreatif, menarik, dan mengikuti tren.
- Melakukan riset tren, hashtag, sound, dan challenge yang sedang viral di TikTok.
- Menyusun script/caption sederhana untuk kebutuhan konten.
- Mengambil video (shooting) dan melakukan editing konten TikTok.
- Mengunggah konten sesuai jadwal posting.
- Berinteraksi dengan audiens melalui komentar atau fitur engagement lainnya.
- Memastikan konten sesuai dengan branding dan target audience perusahaan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim desain, marketing, atau talent untuk produksi konten.
- Monitoring performa konten seperti views, likes, share, engagement, dan followers.
- Memberikan evaluasi serta ide pengembangan konten berdasarkan insight TikTok Analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat video konten vertikal (Reels, VT, atau Shorts)
- Memahami basic skill video shooting (baik menggunakan kamera atau smartphone)
- Memiliki kemampuan editing video di smartphone atau laptop (prioritaskan Capcut)
- Kreatif dalam membuat konsep konten media sosial
- Bersedia membawa alat kerja sendiri (laptop dan smartphone)
