- Controlling quality of Construction Job
- Understand and follow of Indonesia regulations and codes
- Perform in process checking / inspection related quality
- Perform final checking, check list and approval material
- Make a quality plan for project tenders and when receiving a project, if needed revise the Quality Plan according to project conditions in the field
- Perform any other duties by superior
- Collecting certificate of materials will be used on Project, Implementing procedure of testing materials and make a sample for testing (Concrete, Rebar Steel, Glass, MEP Test, Waterproofing, etc)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must possess Diploma’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree of Civil Engineering
- Having experience at least 2 years as Quality Control in Developer Company or Contractor Company
- Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office, AutoCad, and SketchUp
- Knowing well about testing, checking and controlling quality on Sub Construction phase, Upper Construction phase and Finishing work phase
- Understand and knowing well about SNI (Indonesian Codes), ASTM and Indonesia Regulation
- Independent and daily English communication skill (oral and written)
