- Melakukan verifikasi setiap tagihan supplier/vendor.
- Post tagihan di system SAP: AP voucher.
- Dokumentasi/filing dan submit dokumen APV.
- Collect PPh23 ke customer.
- Support kegiatan administrasi yang diinstruksikan oleh atasan.
Minimum Qualifications
*This position is open for potential candidates who available to join ASAP
(6-8 months contract for maternity leave replacement)
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance/Accounting.
- Min. 1 year of experience as Admin in AR / AP / related role (fresh graduates with internship experience in a related role are welcome to apply).
- Good in communication & detail oriented.
- Familiar with Excel (experience using SAP will be a plus).
- Willing to work overtime when required.
