Darwinbox Consulting Manager  

• Lead and oversee multiple Darwinbox HCM implementation.
• Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants.
• Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure seamless post-sale knowledge transfer.
• Analyze, collect, and validate complex client business requirements and translate them into scalable Darwinbox HCM.
• Design and propose functional solutions aligned with best practices and business objectives.
• Configure system setup, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
• Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful go-live.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation including BRD, FDD, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed according to the timeline and project methodology.
• Provide strategic advisory to clients on HCM optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and support knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance throughout project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage client expectations throughout the project.

• Have > 8 years of experience in SaaS HCM Implementation (experience as Team Manager is preferable).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent client projects.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, functional specifications, and change management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Proficient in English.
