- Design user-centered UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides
- Ensure designs align with business goals, user needs, and brand guidelines
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability findings
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (Junior / Mid / Senior level — open to discussion)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with design systems and responsive design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio required showcasing UI/UX projects and design process
