General Responsibilities:
- The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Legal Department by assisting with the management of the contract database and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
- The Resource Management Intern assists with various coordination, reporting, and Human Resources functions, including client and employee management. The intern also assists in orienting candidates for onboarding before deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Human Resources, or any relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to assist across tasks.
