- Maintain and manage the firm’s calendar
- Accurately enter court deadlines, IMEs, depositions, hearings, and key dates
- Monitor and respond to court notifications, docket updates, and attorney requests
- Calculate deadlines based on applicable rules (CPLR, FRCP, etc.)
- Coordinate schedules across attorneys, staff, and clients
- Send reminders and alerts for upcoming appearances or due dates
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Calendar Clerk or legal support staff for a U.S. law firm (preferred)
- Strong understanding of New York personal injury litigation or U.S. legal calendar procedures (plus)
- Familiarity with legal calendaring tools (e.g., Outlook, Cloudlex et al)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness to work graveyard shift in a Philippine-based office
