- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Support client retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Handle client issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work with internal teams (product, tech, finance, legal) to meet client needs.
- Monitor account performance and share regular reports and insights.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and technical integration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, or similar.
- 3–5 years experience in client/account/partner management (preferably in fintech, payments, or tech).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Comfortable with data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
- Knowledge of fintech products like QRIS, VA, PPOB, eWallet, or payment gateways is a plus.
- Client-first mindset and the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.
