Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities at on-site locations by handling equipment, processes, and support tasks directly in the field. This position ensures timely issue resolution, operational continuity, and efficient execution of fieldbased activities to support overall business performance.
1. Perform on-site inspections, equipment checks, and routine maintenance.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve operational issues promptly
3. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in the field.
4. Collect and report operational data, incidents, and performance updates
5. Provide hands-on assistance during deployments, installations, or field projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic understanding of field operations, equipment handling, or technical support processes.
- Ability to perform on-site tasks, follow standard procedures, and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
