1. Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Guideline, Work Instruction, Form, Letter in thecompany with all department
2. Translate OY! Indonesia departments procedure flow into process flow diagram
3. Liase with all departments related to the documents update
4. Help to prepare & organize internal and external audits for ISO 9001, 27001 and 37001
5. Maintain the Document Management System & Document Master List
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in any major
2. 1-2 years experience in business process management is a plus point
3. Familiar using Google Workspace
4. Understand & able to create process flow diagram using software (such as visio, drawio, etc)
5. Having a good skills in communication and detailed oriented
6. Fluent in English
7. Able to work in fast fast-paced environment
Catatan Tambahan / Additional Notes
1. Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ; 2. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001 and IS Audit is a plus point ; 3. Knowledge of Financial Technology process is a plus point
