Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from reputable university (foreign graduates preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Extensive experience in the retail and banking industries.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in implementing sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Preferably having experience and knowledge about EDC machines & POS application
