- Develop effective marketing and operational strategies to ensure target achievement across managed regions
- Collaborate and coordinate across functions to align company strategies and objectives
- Evaluate regional performance based on predetermined KPIs and provide recommendations for performance improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, such as banks and vendors, to support business expansion and operations
- Ensure operational efficiency by implementing and evaluating applicable SOPs
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports on target achievements and challenges encountered
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Sales, with approximately 2 years of experience leading a large-scale (multi-regional) team
- Experience or in-depth understanding of SaaS sales, POS, EDC, QRIS, and other payment systems
- Proven experience in managing large-scale teams and data-driven business strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external
- Experience in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
