- Phone, email, Chat communication with customers. Report customer feedback to SV or Managers in order to apply countermeasures with other SSC departments as well as stores.
- Draft up CC related communication description under SV and Managers supervise.
Minimum Qualifications
- Can speak english fluently.
- Ability to operate a desktop computer and familiar with Customer Center system such as Salesforce, Amazon connect, OMS.
- Strong focus on customer service and communication skills .
- Ability to create paragraphs and sentences which are grammatically correct, brief, and accurate.
- Minimum keyboard skills to type 30 words a minute.
- Process knowledge for case handling, call back, escalation, forwarding, reporting and data log.
