- Mengelola operasional harian toko agar berjalan lancar dan efisien
- Memastikan target penjualan tercapai dengan menerapkan strategi marketing yang di tentukan
- Melakukan dan mengawasi inventaris toko serta mengontrol ketersediaan stok barang
- Melakukan pemesanan barang (PO) saat stok menipis
- Menyusun jadwal promosi bulanan dan kegiatan promosi lainnya
- Menangani keluhan atau masuka dari pelanggan dan memastikan pelayanan terbaik
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal pengalaman 3-4 tahun sebagai SPG/SPB
- Memimpin, memotivasi, melatih dan mengawasi kinerja staf toko
- Menyusun dan mengkomunikasikan jadwal kerja serta job description kepada karyawan
- Mengkoordinasikan tugas karyawan, seperti mengecek stok, menata barang dan melayani pelanggan
- Mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan secara berkala
- Membantu tugas-tugas karyawan saat toko ramai
- Bersedia di tempatkan di Area Karawang dan Cikarang
