- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Participate in architectural discussions and help build solutions using microservices and cloud-native technologies.
- Apply best practices including unit testing, clean code, and clean architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and QA.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and infrastructure.
- Take part in DevOps activities such as deployment automation, monitoring, and system reliability.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
Strong programming skills in Golang.
Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
Good understanding of unit testing and clean architecture principles.
Hands-on experience or involvement in DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in large-scale startups or the banking sector is a strong plus.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

+4 years of experience as Backend Developer.

Strong Knowledge in Programming with Golang.
