Position Title : HRGA (Paid Internship)
Location : South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta
Job Summary :
We are looking for an HRGA Intern with a primary focus on General Affair tasks. The intern will mainly assist in office administration, procurement, and facility management, while also supporting basic HR administration such as employee data and recruitment activities.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support for HR and GA functions, including employee data, attendance, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding, training documentation, and engagement programs.
- Assist in procurement processes and office operational needs.
- Help monitor and maintain office facilities, inventory, and company assets.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
- Active university student in the final semester, majoring in Psychology, Management, Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accurate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work with deadlines.
- Willing to commit to a 3–6 months full-time internship (following office working hours).
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
