- Melakukan survey, instalasi, maintenance dan troubleshooting perangkat jaringan wireless
- Memantau, mencatat dan melaporkan status perangkat pada jaringan
- Berkomunikasi dengan customer terkait pertanyaan, aduan dan permintaan customer
- Memantau dan memperbaiki hal-hal teknis di lapangan
Minimum Qualifications
- Berpengalaman sebagai Staff IT minimal 1 tahun
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMK Teknik Informatika, Teknik Komputer Jaringan, Rekaya Perangkat Lunak dan Sistem Informasi
- Terbiasa bekerja di lapangan (termasuk di ketinggian)
- Memiliki laptop dan kendaraan pribadi (min. motor)
- Memiliki SIM C/A
- Menguasai basic IT Troubleshooting
- Familiar dengan perangkat-perangkat IT
- Memiliki communication skills yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja pada akhir pekan atau hari libur nasional
- Penempatan : Cikarang
