- Mengelola proses perizinan hingga proyek berjalan lancar.
- Melakukan pertemuan dengan pihak terkait untuk melakukan negosiasi.
- Memastikan proses implementasi di area sesuai dengan desain dan kesepakatan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan team dalam proses implementasi sesuai target dan kualitas yang terstandarisasi.
- Mengevaluasi proposal, menindaklanjuti pertemuan dan kesepakatan dengan mitra pihak terkait.
- Mengkoordinasikan perencanaan dan survei lokasi, pertemuan teknis, jadwal, dll
- Canvassing ke area prospek.
- Melakukan survey dan update database mengenai kondisi area pasar, fluktuasi harga properti, dan aktivitas kompetitor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Memiliki pengetahuan di bidang industri telekomunikasi, jaringan (FTTH/FTTX), hubungan bangunan, hubungan masyarakat, atau hubungan pemerintah
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi, lisan dan tulisan yang baik
- Memiliki keterampilan dalam negosiasi dan keterampilan interpersonal
- Memiliki SIM C
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi (sepeda motor)
