- Record and process daily financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Maintain and organize financial supporting documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support tax administration (WHT & VAT).
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payments.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Familiar with accounting software (Accurate, MYOB, SAP, etc.).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English (active or passive) is an advantage
