Position Status-Contract
Contract Duration-6 months

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role.
Self-motivated, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured manner.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive in contributing ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java programming.
Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementation.
Experience developing applications using the Spring Boot framework.
Strong knowledge of SQL and writing complex SQL queries.
Preferred / Additional Skills:
Experience leading or mentoring a Backend Development team.
Experience working with Elasticsearch and other NoSQL (Non-Relational) databases.
